RSB COVID-19 Bulletin May 18

Academia Europaea would like to inform its members about the publication of the latest COVID-19 Bulletin of the Royal Society of Biology. The bulletin presents

A systematic collection and map of the most recent published evidence on covid-19 published by the EPPI-Centre (Evidence for Policy and Practice Information and Co-ordinating Centre).

Wider health effects of COVID-19 response

Martin McKee, member of the Behavioural Sciences section of Academia Europaea, has published a new article on the Wider health effects of COVID-19 response.

Innovative Medicines Initiative

The Commission announced that 8 large-scale research projects, aimed at developing treatments and diagnostics for the coronavirus, were selected in a fast-track call for proposals, launched in March by the Innovative Medicines Initiative (IMI), a public-private partnership.
