Call for EU Missions Monitoring Experts#

The European Commission has published a call for experts to support monitoring of EU Missions.

The expert group's goal is to advise the Commission on the establishment and implementation of a strong monitoring system to follow the execution of EU Missions at the EU, national, regional, and local levels. Beyond Horizon Europe, the group will examine other EU, national, regional, and local funding programmes.

The expert group will have up to nine members, who will be appointed in a personal capacity and will act independently.

The following requirements apply:

• Candidates shall demonstrate knowledge and experience with EU Missions, in research and innovation policy analysis, performance measurement of research and innovation programmes, monitoring and reporting mechanisms of the EU framework programmes.
• They should also demonstrate a good understanding of the priority-setting, implementation and monitoring of national policies and initiatives, as well as analysis of national data, governance and support mechanisms.
