Created in 2015 after the TOOLS conference was discontinued, STAF became the primary European forum for academic and industrial researchers working on topics relating to software technologies STAF is a confederation of several annual conferences ECMFA, ICMT, ICGT, SC, TAP, accompanied by satellite workshops
