I also organised and chaired the 11th International Conference on Legume Genetics and Genomics in Brisbane, Australia, in 2024. I co-organized the 5th International Congress on Legume Genetics and Genomics in Asilomar, CA, USA, in 2010, the 4th Australian Pulse Conference in Toowoomba, Australia, in 2023, and the 19th Australian Nitrogen Fixation Conference in 2024. I have served on scientific advisory committees of several international conferences, including the International Conference on Legume Genetics and Genomics, the European Nitrogen Fixation Conference, the International Nitrogen Fixation Congress, the International Symbiosis Society Congress, the Current Opinion Conference on Agriculture and Climate Change, TropAg, and the International Congress on Genetics.
