Ernő Rubik - Curriculum Vitae#

Ernő Rubik was born in Budapest, Hungary, on 13 July 1944. His father, senior Ernő Rubik, mechanical engineer was an aircraft and sailplane designer and his mother, Magdolna Szántó, was a poet. Married with three daughters and one son, five grandchildren. He has lived all his life with his family in Hungary.

• 1958 – 1962 studied sculpture at the Secondary School of Fine and Applied Arts
