  • 1992 - 1993 DEA internship on the study of the β Pictoris disk (group of A. Vidal-Madjar and R. Ferlet)
  • 1993 - 1996 PhD at the Paris Observatory: a fiber recombination unit for the IOTA interferometer (FLUOR). Application to the study of late-type stars (thesis supervisor: Jean-Marie Mariotti)
  • 1997 - 1999 Shared activities at Paris Observatory and French Ministry of Defense as Military Engineer
  • Activities at the DGA: Armaments Engineer then Senior Armaments Engineer responsible for optical propagation and signature activities in the Force Systems and Foresight Division
  • Activities at the Paris Observatory:
    • Completion of FLUOR and study of late-type stars with the instrument
    • Participation in the design of VLTI instruments (AMBER, MIDI). Co-PI of the VLTI's MIDI mid-infrared instrument

  • Research on high dynamic range imaging using pupil masking
  • PI of the 'OHANA' project, recombination of Mauna Kea telescopes using optical fibers
