Peter Arnt Nielsen - Biography#

Since 2007, Professor Dr. Peter Arnt Nielsen holds the position of full Professor in International Commercial Law at Copenhagen Business School, Denmark. He defended his PhD in 1999. Between 2011 - 2018, he acted as Head of Law Department, at Copenhagen Business School. Besides his impressive academic scholarship, he is a certified arbitrator, certified mediator and a court mediator. Previously, he trained as advocate and judge, in Denmark. He has served as Danish representative to major working parties in Private International Law and International Civil Procedure at the Hague Conference of Private International Law and the European Union, in its civil law cooperation.
