    Head of the Interact research group (8 permanent researchers)
  • 1998-2003 : Head of the Research Laboratory « Uses, Creativity, Ergonomics » at France Telecom R&D , and of the Social Science research pole at France Telecom – Orange Research Laboratories
    The laboratory involved about 40 permanent researchers, sociologists, cognitive psychologists, and prospectivists, applied to the understanding of the uses of information technologies and its consequences with respect to design issues.
