  • 1987 M. Sc. from University of Bucharest, Department of Geology, Geophysics and Geography, Romania

CURRENT RESEARCH INTERESTS:
  • Integrated research in Polar regions
  • To decipher Earth’s crustal structure and evolution by geophysical data interpretation and modelling and by geoscience data assimilation.
  • To study the connections between Solid Earth, Oceans and Atmosphere for present day and the geological past by reconstructing ocean seafloor morphology, sea-level and global geochemical budgets resulting from Solid-Earth tectonics.
