Marietta Auer - Biography#

Marietta Auer is Directory of the Max-Planck-Institute of Legal History and Legal Theory since September 2020 and Chair of Private Law, International and Interdisciplinary Foundations of Law at Justus Liebig University Giessen since August 2020 as well as MEMBER OF THE BAR in the State of New York since 2001. She holds degrees of doctor of juridical sciences from both the Ludwig Maximilian University (LMU) Munich and the Harvard Law School as well as an LLM Degree from Harvard and an MA in Philosophy and Sociology from LMU.
