Over the past 13 years, Massimi has produced over 70 publications, including one monograph (another one in preparation), 6 edited collections (of which 4 co-edited), 3 journal special issues, 20 book chapters in high-profile collections (including The Routledge Handbook of Scientific Realism, The Cambridge Companion to German Idealism, The Oxford Handbook on Newton) and various articles (mostly single-authored) in international peer-reviewed journals, without counting book reviews and articles in newspapers such as The Guardian, La Repubblica, Aeon, Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung and the Chinese Sanlian Life Weekly.

Just in the past three years (2015-8) Massimi has given 7 plenaries, 14 keynote and 26 invited lectures across the UK, Europe and North America to large, cross-disciplinary audiences of philosophers, historians, and scientists. Highlights include:
