About 20 grants along the years. I have guided 40 master theses, 20 Ph.D. dissertations and 2 Post docs. I have organized 12 national and international conferences including the conference of the international Geographical Union. Membership in Associations: The Israeli Geographical Association (Member of the Central Council); The Israeli Association for Environmental Planning; The Israeli ecological association; The Israeli Association of Regional Studies; Association of Engineers and Architects in Israel; Commission of monitoring cities of tomorrow in the World Geographical Association; Commission of the Mediterranean studies.
