This blog is based on a seminal paper by Professor Michael J Kelly FRS FREng MAE, Prince Philip Professor of Technology, Centre for Advanced Photonics and Electronics, Department of Engineering, University of Cambridge.

We hope that many of you will contribute either with a new contribution (click at "Create a new page") or by writing a comment (click at "Comment"). The fact that this is called a "blog" just means that contributions are listed in "reverse chronological order", i.e. the latest one as first.
