Exploring the psychological and neurophysiological properties of consciousness in healthy subjects and in various neurological and psychiatric disorders. I directed 11 PhD students, 22 master students and 9 post-doctoral researchers. Over the last 15 years, he was invited to give lectures or plenary talks in many universities and major international scientific conferences in Europe, USA and South America.\\
