!!Computer science at the Venice Biennale

__[Alexandru Nicolau|Member/Nicolau_Alexandru], a member of the Informatics section of Academia Europaea, together with Alexander Veidenbaum, UCI professor of computer science and Israeli-Romanian artist Belu-Simion Fainaru, created three art installations at the Venice Biennale. __
\\ \\
Under the title “Unfinished Conversations on the Weight of Absence,” all three works are examples of posthumanist art that combines computer-generated imagery and speech, using artificial intelligence to create an interactive experience for the viewer that aims to be both thought-provoking and emotionally involving, according to Nicolau.
