!!Prof. Donald B. Dingwell elected to the Royal Society

The geoscientist [Prof. Donald B. Dingwell|Member/Dingwell_Donald], __Academia Europaea Vice-President__, Chair of Mineralogy and Petrology and current Director of the Department of Earth and Environmental Sciences at the [Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München|https://www.lmu.de/de/index.html] has been elected to the [Royal Society|https://royalsociety.org] in recognition of his scientific achievements.
