\\ \\
Jessem Landoulsi received his PhD in materials science at the Université de Technologie de Compiègne (UTC, France) in 2008. After a postdoctoral work at the Université Catholique de Louvain (UCL, Belgium) in the Institute of Condensed Matter and Nanosciences, he joined the Laboratoire de Réactivité de Surface of the Université de Pierre & Marie Curie (Paris VI, France) to work on the interfaces between materials and biological systems. His current research interest is in probing the interactions between peptides and inorganic surfaces at the molecular level, with the aim to design biomimetic surfaces and to understand relevant biological events such as molecular recognition and cell adhesion.
